Admission

Admissions are open for Pre-KG and KG children :

  • Pre-KG from the age of three.
  • KG from the age of four.

Age will be reckoned as on 31st May of the academic Year.

Parents can obtain the application form  after the announcement of admission either from the school office or school website. Duly filled in application form should be submitted along with:

  1. Two passport size photographs
  2. Original/ photo copies of the mark list(s)of the last examination attended
  3. Birth Certificate(original and photocopy)
  4. Transfer Certificate of last school attended(Original)

If the information furnished by the applicant is found incorrect, the admission will be cancelled. The prescribed fees must be paid immediately on confirmation of admission and will not be refunded at any circumstances.

All other fees are to be paid on the prescribed dates.

All admission during the academic year will be strictly on the basis of producing a valid TC as per government rules. The admission will be at the discretion of the Management, subject to availability of seats and payment of fees for the whole academic year.        

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT OF FEES

1st Term Fees: Before 10th JUNE

2nd Term Fees: Before 10th SPETEMBER

3rd Term Fees: Before 10th NOVEMBER

4th Term Fees: Before 10th JANUARY

Mode of Payment:

     School Fee/Bus fee is to be paid in four equal installments.

     Payment can be made at all Branches of Federal Bank.

     Payment can be made after the due date with a fine of Rs.50/- for every month of default.

     Bus fees should be paid along with the school fees.  School and bus fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the school fees for the whole year can be remitted in one installment at the beginning of the year, there will be a deduction of 5%( at school office).

Kindergarten admission usually begins in October. Admission will be confirmed only after the meeting of the parent and ward with the principal. On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to submit a copy of the Birth Certificate and the vaccination certificate of the student to the office. Parents can obtain the application form from the school office on payment of the prescribed fee. Duly filled in application form should be submitted along with:

  • Two passport size photographs
  • Birth Certificate(original and photocopy)

Registration for admission can be done in advance by remitting Rs. 200/-(non – refundable) at the school office. Registration is not a guarantee for admission.

Age of Admission

Between 3 ½ years to 4 ½ years as on 1 st June of the year of admission.

School Hours

8.45a.m to 3.00p.m (LKG to Class VII).
